Our mission at Dynamic Speed & Fitness is to be the region's number one training and performance facility.  We intend to achieve this goal by implementing programs specifically designed to realize amd maximize potential.  The result, whether it be an individual or group setting, adult or young adult, is to grow confident and successful people.

For younger and less experienced athletes, our programs create a fundamental base for future development.  For more experienced clients, we enable a process for continual and targeted personal growth.  In fully mature athletes, we meet the energy and  system demands required to achieve and individual's full atheltic ability.

Our system will consist of :
  • Evaluation Phase -   sport specific and/or goal specific testing 
  • Base Foundation Building Phase -  triple extension basics, core, balance, flexibility, body  awareness, agility
  • Strength -    triple extension strength, core, agility, introduction – Olympic
        lifts and plyometrics
  • Power / Explosiveness -   triple extension power, full Olympic lifts and plyometrics, full
    body strength training
