If you are still competively active in baseball/softball, tennis, basketball, golf, soccer, skiing – let us help you get that extra drive out of your body. Classes are designed to work on core, balance, stability, natural strength, foot work, speed and injury prevention (proprioception exercises). Classes are challenging and intense but flexible to allow you to work at your own pace according to fitness level.
